7 GW Completes Battalion Training Package at Punani

7 Gemunu Watch (GW) completed its Battalion Training on 10 May 2024 at the Battalion Training School in Punani and Major General S.A Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc, Commander, Security Forces - East graced the closing ceremony as the chief guest.

The training commenced on 19 March 2024 with the participation of 12 Officers and 271 Other Ranks. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks also took part in the ceremony. The following individuals were specially commended during the occasion:
