682 Brigade HQ in Puthukuduirippu of the Security Force HQ- Mullaittivu marked its 11th anniversary beginning on Saturday (15) with the participation of its Brigade Commander and all ranks.
An all-night 'Pirith' chanting inside the HQ premises, Christian, Hindu and Islamic religious observances at respective sacred places dominated the day's programme.
682 Brigade Commander, Commanding Officers, Senior officers, officers and other ranks were present during those events.
18 Viayabhahu Infantry Regiment (VIR) and 4 Sri Lanka National Guards and 6 SLNG troops on the anniversary day (16) awarded a Guard of Honour to the Brigade commander, followed by the troops' address.
