Major General Aruna Ariyasinghe, General Officer Commanding, 68 Division laid the foundation stone for construction of the proposed 68 Division Headquarters building at Kombavil, Puthukkudiyiruppu on Wednesday (12).
As the auspicious minute struck, the GOC, 68 Division cut the first sod and laid the cornerstone for the construction amidst chanting of ‘Seth Pirith’.
