66 Division Offers Meals & Gifts to Adults

A goodwill programme was organized by the General Officer Commanding of the 66 Division, Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku and the staff of the 66 Division in Pooneryn got underway at the Elders' Home at Vannerikulam with the objective of enhancing reconciliation between the Army and the civil community in their areas on Wednesday (16).

Those troops offered a mid-day meal to the elderly people living in the ‘Yoga Swamigal’ elderly home at Vannerikulam and distributed gifts among them, comprised of day-to-day essentials. They also offered them with packets of sanitary items.
