A two-week long workshop for Company Commanders began on 11 October at the 65 Division Headquarters and ended on Thursday (27). 24 officers serving in Kilinochchi area followed the workshop.
The officers were educated on Staff Duties and understanding of Company Commander's Roles and Tasks in the field.
Simultaneously, the same Division held its ‘Yoga’ demonstration after completing 5 week of training. The course was conducted in the 25th (V) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment with the participation of 3 officers and 41 other ranks.
Both training courses were organized on the directions of the Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi and under the supervision of the General Officer Commanding, 65 Division.
