A special breakfast treat offered to the civilians in Vidyapura area, Oddusudan marked the 15th anniversary of the 64 Infantry Division of the Security Force HQ-Mullaittivu on Monday (11 Dec).
The special community-oriented project was arranged on the instructions of Major General M.S Devapriya, USP, ndc, General Officer Commanding, 64 Infantry Division considering economic hardships of those civilians.
