The grand finale of the volleyball tournament, organized among Civil Sports Clubs in areas, served by 64 Infantry Division troops, was held as a night event around 1900 hours at Muthiyankaddu Barathi Sports Grounds on 29 June 2023.
Accordingly, Major General H.W.K.N Eeriyagama RWP RSP, General Officer Commanding of the 64 Infantry Division watched the tournament as the Chief Guest of the event.
After defeating 08 Volleyball Sports Clubs, the Oddusudan Eeshwaran Volleyball Sports Club after a close tussle grabbed the trophy while the Muthiyankaddukulam Volleyball Sports Club became the runner-up in the finals.
Winners, runners-up and all players received their relevant trophies, cash awards and certificates of participation from the Chief Guest in the event.
