Another coordinating meeting among 64 Infantry Division troops and Government Officials got underway on Thursday (15 February 2024) in Oddusudan area under the directions of Major General M.S. Devapriya USP ndc, General Officer Commanding of 64 Infantry Division.
During the meeting, both parties discussed matters pertaining to welfare of the civilians in the area after the decisions taken in the previous discussion was also reviewed.
Senior Officers of the Division, Government Officials, members of the Police and Special Task Force, Medical Officers of Health in the area, District Disaster Management Officer, District Forest Officer and Deputy Director of Education in the Thunukkai Zone were also present during the meeting.
