A programme, initiated for the spiritual development of the officers and other ranks of the 62 Division took place on ‘Medin Full Moon Poya Day’ on the instructions of the General Officer Commanding (GOC), 62 Division, Major General B. H. M. A Wijesinghe at the Divisional Headquarters at Galkulama on Sunday (12).
A total of 300 Army personnel took part in the programme, conducted by the Chief Incumbent at the Veheragala Rajamaha Viharaya, Ven Imbulgoda Pangnnaseela Thero.
Representing the GOC, 62 Division, Colonel General Staff (Col GS), 62 Division, Lieutenant Colonel, J.M.N.K Jayasundara, Senior Officers and Other Rankers attended the programme.
