613 Brigade Troops Build New Kitchen

The newly constructed kitchen and the storeroom for fresh and dry rations at the 613 Brigade Headquarters were opened at the auspicious minute by the Commander 613 Brigade, Colonel M. W. A. A Wijesooriya on Friday (02).

It was one among the series of construction works that is being completed to facilitate to supply of standard food preparations for soldiers serving in the 613 Brigade headquarters. The building was constructed by the same troops considering the requirement. 

During the opening ceremony, Brigade Commander appreciated the contribution made by all ranks in the 613 Brigade who worked round the clock.

The Brigade Commander, officers, Non Commissioned Officers, together with other rank attended the event. The event concluded with an all ranks tea party.
