The troops of 8 Gemunu Watch organized a school accessories donation program for 127 needy students in Rathnapura at Batathota Ananda Chethiya Vihara Premises on 30 January 2023.
Major General R.A.J.N Ranasinghe RSP USP ndc, General Officer Commanding, 61 Infantry Division, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Students were selected in close collaboration with the Grama Niladhari of respective areas. The CEAT group provided financial assistance to the event. At the end of the event, a lunch treat was offered for the students.
Commander, 611 Infantry Brigade, Senior Officers, Mr. Ravi Dadlani, Managing Director and staff of CEAT Institute participated in the event.
