6th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps troops organized a blood donation campaign in line with the Regiment’s 10th anniversary after re - established the unit as an Information Technology Unit on 16 June 2014. The Blood Donation programme was implemented at Signal Regiment Centre - Panagoda premises on 13 June 2024.
More than 100 Army troops donated blood during this donation programme. The medical officers and staff of the National Blood Transfusion Service, Narahenpita, immensely contributed to make this programme a success.
