6 Gemunu Watch (GW) troops of the 681 Infantry Brigade under the 68 Infantry Division of the Security Force HQ-Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) on Monday (Feb 20) at the request of school authorities supported the conduct of the annual sports meet at Bharathi College, Mullaittivu by arranging required huts and ground settings.
One Officer and 06 Other Ranks attended the community programme under the guidance of Major S.L.W Dissanayake, Commanding Officer, 6 GW.
Major General Darshana Wijesekera, Commander, SF-MLT, Major General Rohan Ponnamperuma, General Officer Commanding, 68 Infantry Division, and Brigadier Dammika Gunathunga, Commander, 681 Infantry Brigade lent their blessings for the project.
