Troops of 583 Infantry Brigade and its under-command Battalions recently took part in an educative session on ‘Online Betting and Money Scams’ on Sunday (21 Jan). The much required educational session was held at the 583 Infantry Brigade premises under the guidance of Brigadier P.S.J.D Samarasekara RSP USP ndc psc, Commander of 583 Infantry Brigade.
Accordingly, Captain P.A.P.S Chandrarathna conducted the session educating the participants on a variety of online scams. 16 Officers together with 380 Other Ranks of 1 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment and 6 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment participated in the session.
