Troops of the 58 Division in Puttalam donated dry ration packs and offered free lunch to the Lurdu Matha Elders Home in Puttalam on Thursday (7) on account of Vesak Poya Day. Brigadier Priyanka Fernando, General Officer Commanding 58 Division took part in the arrangement.
31 elders parents of the elders home benefitted with this donation which worth of 1500 per each pack.
This donation was sponsored by the officers and other ranks of the 58 Division.
