A workshop for officers and troops on 'GIS technology & Map reading' got underway during 19-21 June at 58 Division HQ in Puttalam on a direction made by Major General Priyanka Fernando, General Officer Commanding 58 Division.
The lecturing assistance for the workshop was given by Lieutenant Colonel (Retd) Rasika Kahandagamage, Major Wasantha Wijekoon and Mr Maduranga Chamika of Selata Tec System Software Developing Company Ltd.
Certificates were also given away to the participants by Major General Priyanka Fernando during the closing ceremony. Sports News | Patike
