The 56 Infantry Division bade farewell to its outgoing General Officer Commanding (GOC), Major General M.P.N.A. Muthumala USP psc, during a formal event held at the Division Headquarters on 30 November 2024.
Upon arrival, the outgoing GOC was accorded a Guard Turnout and a Guard of Honour. Afterwards, he addressed the troops. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the programme.
