56 Division HQ in Vavuniya as the forerunners to its forthcoming 23rd Anniversary day (17 October) had Islamic religious prayers at Jummah Masjid Mosque, Vavuniya on Friday (2), Hindu spiritual blessings at Ran Kovil on Saturday (3) and Catholic mass at St. Anthony’s Church on Sunday (4) before Buddhist ceremonies get underway shortly.
All ceremonies, organized jointly by 21 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) and 16 SLSR troops, those anniversary religious segments were attended by the General Officer Commanding of 56 Division, Major General Wasantha De Abrew as the Chief Guest, together with 561, 562 and 563 Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers of all under command units in 56 Division, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks and Civil Staff.Adidas shoes | Nike - Shoes & Sportswear Clothing
