543 Infantry Brigade Troops Conduct Beach Cleaning Programme at Pesalai Beach – Mannar

In celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army, troops of 543 Infantry Brigade, along with its subordinate battalion, organized a beach cleaning programme at Pesalai Beach, Mannar, on 28 September 2024.

This initiative focused on the removal of plastic waste, aiming to preserve the natural beauty of Mannar Island to contribute to achieving a 'zero plastic' environment.
