54 Infantry Division troops arranged a series of lectures on ‘Development of Soldiers' Minds’ under the guidance of Major General K.M.P.S.B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, General Officer Commanding, 54 Infantry Division.
35 Officers and 413 Other Ranks of 54 Infantry Division and under command Brigades and Battalions took part in the sessions carried out during 16, 17 and 18 January 2024.
This lecture series was conducted by senior lecturer Dr. R. Chandrika Rajapaksha. During the educational sessions, participants were imparted with knowledge pertaining to workplace stress management, balancing work life and personal life, managing financial difficulties, and the repercussions of engaging in antisocial and illegal activities.
