Under the guidance of Major General K.H.M.S Wickramaratne RSP, General Officer Commanding of 53 Infantry Division, the troops of 53 Infantry Division conducted a tree planting programme in conjunction with the 77th National Independence Day, under the theme "Let's Line Up for National Revival" on 04th February 2025.
During the programme, 400 lemon saplings were planted in the camp premises, contributing to environmental sustainability. Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the event.
