On account of Poson Full Moon Poya Day, 522 Brigade troops of the Security Force HQ- Jaffna distributed lunch packets among needy families in Vidaththalpalai and Eluthumadduval areas on 24 June 2021.
The programme was carried out to provide relief to low-income families undergoing hardships due to the prevailing COVID -19 pandemic situation in the area.
7 Gajaba Regiment troops participated in the project adhering to health guidelines.
Brigadier Janaka Wijesiri, Commander 522 Brigade and Major W.S.I Fernando, Commanding officer 7 GR coordinated the whole project and completed the project.
