4 SLAC Constructs a New House for a Needy Family

The troops of the 4 Sri Lanka Armoured Corps (SLAC) constructed a new house for a needy family in Trincomalee.

Major General M.S. Devapriya USP ndc, the Colonel Commandant of the SLAC, graced the house warming ceremony as the Chief Guest and officially handed over the house keys to the beneficiary on 27 November 2024.

Mrs. Dulashi Meepagala, Chairperson of the SLAC Seva Vanitha Branch, provided essential household items, while financial assistance for the project was extended by Mr. Prabath Perera, a donor residing in Switzerland.

Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, financial contributors, the beneficiary, and his family members participated in the event.
