3 (V) SLSR Troops Help People Affected by Minor Floods

Troops of 3 (V) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) based in Nuwara Eliya under command to the 112 Brigade of the 11 Division of the Security Force HQ - Central volunteered to help civilians and state authorities when floods affected the Mahinda Road in Hawaeliya, Nuwara Eliya on Saturday (23).

Troops assisted to manage vehicle movements, affected civilians and their properties considering the emergency nature until the flood threats receded from the area.

3 (V) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Commanding Officer and several Officers supervised the troops.
