A new house was built by the troops of the 3 (V) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) for a needy family in Mandaramnuwara, Hanguranketha, with sponsorship from philanthropists in the area.
Major General K.A.U Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG, General Officer Commanding of the 11 Infantry Division, graced the housewarming ceremony as the Chief Guest and officially handed over the house key to the beneficiary on 17 December 2024.
Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, and residents of the area participated in the ceremony.
