3 SLAOC Renovated a House in Dimbulagala

Under the guidance of Major General S.A. Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc, Commander, Security Forces (East), troops from the 3 Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps (SLAOC) renovated a house in Dewana Piyawara, Dimbulagala, on 20 November 2024.

The event was graced by Commander, Security Forces (East), as the chief guest.

The project was supervised by Major B.D.R. Perera psc Lsc AATO, Commanding Officer of 3 SLAOC, and coordinated with the Mahanayaka Thero of Dimbulagala Temple. Donors in the area provided financial support and essential materials to complete this house.

During the housewarming ceremony, the Chief Guest officially handed over the house keys to the family, followed by traditional religious observances offering blessings to the beneficiary. Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, and the family of the beneficiary attended the event.
