3 SLAC Troops Clear the Spillway Gate at ‘Eru’ Lake

At the request of the Divisional Irrigation Engineer in the Divisional Irrigation Office, Anuradhapura, troops of the 3 Sri Lanka Armoured Corps attended to clean the spillway gate at 'Eru' Lake, which had been blocked by weeds due to torrential rain.

With the assistance of the Irrigation Department and civilians, the troops successfully cleared the spillway gate. The Commander, Security Force - Wanni, General Officer Commanding of 21 Infantry Division and Brigade Commander of 212 Infantry Brigade provided the necessary guidance to the troops.
