Troops in the 233 Brigade organized a series of religious activities at Sri Mahindarama Temple at Mylankarachchi to coincide with the Poson Full Moon Poya Day on 19 June under the guidence of the Commander, 233 Brigade, Colonel J.M.C Jayaweera.
Display of Poson lanterns and conduct free eatery (Rice Dansela) organized by the troops in the 233 Brigade attracted a large crowd.
