In another community welfare project under the Civil-Military Coordination (CIMIC), 233 Brigade Headquarters of the 23 Division of the SFHQ-East organized a donation of essential goods for needy families in Mankerni & Tikkana villages in Wakarai on Thursday (23).
On the directions of the Commander Security Forces -East Major General Rasika Fernando and under the supervision of the General Officer Commanding 23 Division Major General Dhammika Jayasundara and Commander 233 Brigade Brigadier Rajith Elvitigala, the programme was organized by the 233 Brigade where 63 dry ration packs were distributed among needy families.
