Troops of the 232 Brigade of the Security Forces Headquarters-East (SFHQ-E) on Tuesday (28) organized a blood donation programme at the 232 Brigade premises, Thoppigala on account of its 19th anniversary. More than 60 Army personnel donated blood for use of at Polonnaruwa Teaching Hospital.
On Thursday (30) school amenities were distributed among 31 students of the Kulawadi Sri Kaleiwanam School by the Commanding officer of 8 Sri Lanka National Guards (SLNG) with the sponsorship of Mr Mindula Subasinghe in Homagama.
