Major General W.R.M.M Rathnayake RWP RSP USP, Commander, Security Forces-Central inaugurated the newly-constructed Canteen Complex at 23 Gajaba Regiment (GR) Headquarters premises in Yala on 27 March.
The Canteen Complex was constructed by 23 GR troops themselves under the guidelines given by the Commanding Officer, 23 GR, Leautinent Colonel K.A.S Gunawardane RWP RSP USP.
Major General W.R.M.M Rathnayake RWP RSP USP, Commander, Security Forces - Central graced the occasion as the Chief Guest at the invitation of the Commanding Officer, 23 GR.
