Troops of the 23 Division Headquarters at Poonani under the Security Forces Headquarters, East (SFHQ-E) joined hands together to mark the significance of Poson Full Moon Poya Day by staging a devotional song concert (Bakthi Gee) plus a free herbal drink serving Dansela.
Both arrangements, organized under the directions of Brigadier R.W.W.A.D.B Rajaguru, General Officer Commanding 23 Division took place in front of the main entrance of the 23 Division Headquarters.
Hundreds of civilians passing the area witnessed the spectacle and enjoyed the herbal drink throughout the whole evening on Poson day (June 4).
