The sponsorship of Austgrow International (Pvt) Ltd and Ms. Rosi Turing, a philanthropist enabled 211 Infantry Brigade troops of the 21 Infantry Division under the Security Force Headquarters-Wanni to donate educational accessories and school bags to 48 needy students at Karapikkada, Dhammadeepa Primary School in Medawachchiya, Anuradhapura on Tuesday (9).
Major General W. P. A. D. W Nanayakkara RSP VSV USP ndu, General Officer Commanding, 21 Infantry Division, together with Brigadier A. M. C. P Wijayarathna, RWP RSP psc, 211 Infantry Brigade Commander, Additional Divisional Secretary for Medawachchiya, Mr, Kaushigan, Commanding Officer of the 14 Sri Lanka Artillery Regiment, Lieutenant Colonel T. G. S. P Amarasena, and the Civil Affairs Officer of the 211 Infantry Brigade were there during the distribution programme.
