The 21 Infantry Division celebrated its 37th Anniversary amidst religious and military formalities under the guidance of Major General W.W.M.P.W.W.B.R Palamakumbura RWP RSP, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 21 Infantry Division, at the Division Headquarters on 04 April 2025.
In accordance with military traditions, the GOC was accorded a Guard Turnout and a Guard of Honour, and the celebrations concluded with an All-Ranks lunch.
In line with the Anniversary celebrations, a cricket tournament was conducted at the camp premises, followed by a Bodhi Pooja programme at the Ruwanweli Maha Seya.
Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and Civil Staff participated in the Anniversary celebrations.
