As a continuation of the social welfare roles being carried out in the Wanni, initiated by the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ-W), 21 Division Headquarters, commanded by Major General Kuma Jayapathirana, General Officer Commanding donated two brand new computers and book sets for students learning in Grade 1 to 11 at Puleliya School and Yakawewa School.
The veteran cricketer, Mr Roshan Mahanama, Nation Trust Bank and DOK Solution Lanka Pvt Ltd at the invitation of the General Officer Commanding, 21 Division extended their generosity for donation of computers and school books.
The occasion of donating these items was graced by the General Officer Commanding, 21 Division, Major General H.P.N.K Jayapathirane along with Ms Prabodhani Wanigasooriya from DOK Solution Lanka PVT Ltd graced the occasion as Chief Guests while a former veteran cricketer Mr Roshan Mahanama and his daughter were present as guests of honour.
