20 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Troops Construct Well and Sanitary Facilities

Under the guidance of Major General S.R.B Aluvihare RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander of the Security Forces - Central and under the supervision of Major General C.S Munasinghe WWV RWP RSP USP ndc psc IG, the General Officer Commanding of the 12 Infantry Division, the troops of the Division undertook an initiative to construct a well and sanitary facilities for a needy family in Karavila, Katharagama on 04 May 2024.

Mr. Sumith Thennakoon, a close friend of the GOC and his sister Mrs. Thamara Thennakoon provided the required monetary assistance and 20 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment troops carried out the constructions of the project under the supervision of the Commanding Officer.

The GOC graced the occasion as the chief guest and Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were present during the event.
