Troops of the 2 (V) Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps (SLAGSC) under the Security Force HQ - West in Panagoda Army Cantonment participated in a valuable educational session on the topic 'Stress Management' conducted by Captain S.R.A De Silva, Counsellor of Psychology at the Colombo Army Hospital on Wednesday (July 26) at the SLAGSC Regimental Centre auditorium.
This was arranged under the guidance of Major P.D.S.N Gunarathna, Commanding Officer of 2 (V) SLAGSC. 10 Officers with 90 Other Ranks participated in the fruitful session.
