19 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) troops of the 651 Brigade under the 65 Division of the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) coordinated a donation of school bags among needy children in the Government’s Muslim Mixed School at Nachchikuda on Friday (28).
‘Hadabima Authority’ of Department of Agriculture as one of their community projects has sponsored the purchase of those 100 school bags which were distributed among selected students on the occasion.
According to the guidelines given by the General Officer Commanding, 65 Division, Major General D.M.H.D Bandara, 651 Brigade troops organized the distribution during a simple ceremony.
