18 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment Organizes a Vesak Zone at Kalmune

Joining the island wide Vesak Celebrations, troops of 18 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment (18 VIR) organized a vivid Vesak Zone at Kalmunai beach with the participation of residents in the area.

Apart from the Vesak Zone that included number of Vesak decorations, a dansal was also held for the devotees.

Brigadier L.S.D.N Pathirathne RSP USP, Brigadier, 241 Infantry Brigade graced the Vesak Zone as the Chief Guest and declared open the zone for the devotees.
