Troops of 18 Gemunu Watch (GW) under command to the 121 Brigade of the 12 Division and the Security Force HQ- Central conducted a charity event at the Pilisarana Elders' Home in Moneragala on Tuesday (21).
During the project, troops cleaned the entire home and the compound beore the inmates were offered a delicious lunch.
Major General Prasanna Ranawaka, General Officer Commanding, 12 Division and the 121 Brigade Commander gave necessary directions and instructions to the Commanding Officer of the 18 Gemunu Watch to go ahead with the project.
