The quarterly evaluation of the 14th Sri Lankan Force Protection Company (SLFPC) on performance, resource utilization, policy effectiveness and managerial and structural issues of the UNIFIL in Lebanon at mission level, conducted by the Evaluation Cell of UNIFIL got underway on Tuesday (27June 2023) at the Greenhill camp premises.
This evaluation process is designed to assist the Force and Sector Commanders to identify the concerns and issues of subordinate units. The quarterly assessment re-affirms the suitability of the SLFPC troops for continued operations in Lebanon.
Representing the UN Evaluation Cell, Lt Col Daniel Usieto, Major K.C Deepak, Major Michael Adams, Major Bernard Steinmetz, Major Christian Asigri, Major Asis Ariadi, Major Jahrul Fahmi, Major Alkomar and Captain Salina Khadka performed the evaluations of the sections, workforce in the camp, Operations, Situational Awareness, Training, Communications and Logistics Management of the 14th SLFPC during their visit to the camp.
