143 Infantry Brigade Celebrates 14th Anniversary

The 143 Infantry Brigade commemorated its 14th anniversary on 30 November 2024 with a series of events held at the Brigade Headquarters premises despite the challenging weather conditions. The celebrations were conducted under the guidance of the Brigadier K.A.D.T.P Wimalasena RWP RSP Commander of the 143 Infantry Brigade.

Commander, 143 Infantry Brigade was honored with a drive past and warmly welcomed by the Brigade staff.

Following this, a group photograph was taken to mark the occasion. Adding the significance to the day, the Commander 143 Infantry Brigade planted a sapling within the Brigade premises as a symbol of growth and sustainability.

The celebrations concluded with an all-rank tea party, which included Brigade staff and civil employees within the Brigade.
