To be in line with the Commander’s vision for enhancement of welfare facilities for all ranks serving round the country, the 141 Brigade Headquarters at Boossa fulfilled a long-felt need of the troops by setting up a new tailor shop plus a saloon at the headquarters premises.
Both service centres, much-needed inside the headquarters premises were inaugurated on May 1st by 141 Brigade Commander, Brigadier A.S Ariyasinghe at a very simple ceremony. Soon after the opening of the new units, an all rank tea party got underway at the venue.
