A combined effort of troops and the Commanding Officer, 13 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG), Major G.S.L Thushara on Wednesday (14) extending their hands of friendship and goodwill to more than 10 needy families in Muthiyankaddukulam area gave away dry rations and food varieties to them on account of the New Year festival.
