Colonel Udaya Serasinghe of Gajaba Regiment assumed office as the 4th Commander of the 121 Brigade Headquarters in Kumbukkana, Moneragala on Tuesday (26) during a brief ceremony.
Leaving his signature in a formal document, he symbolized the official acceptance of his duties. Afterwards, he added memories planting a mango sapling in the Brigade Headquarters premises.
