12 Division Troops Learn about Computer Knowledge, Disaster Management

12 Division under Security Force Headquarters-Central (SFHQ-C) organized a Computer Course to enhance the computer knowledge among troops serving under the 12 Division from 20 April to 19 May at the 12 Division Training School, Hambantota under the directions of Brigadier W.A.N.M. Weerasinghe, General Officer Commanding, 12 Division.

23 Other Ranks attended the course which was assisted by ETS Computer Training Centre, Kegalle.

Meanwhile, a Disaster Management Course was conducted from 21-25 May at the Division Training School under the directions of Brigadier W.A.N.M. Weerasinghe, General Officer Commanding, 12 Division.

Instructors form Disaster Management Centre, Hambantota and Sri Lanka Air Force contributed to the course with lecture assistance and practical sessions.

2 Officers and 50 Other Ranks attended the Course.
