11 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment (11 VIR) conducted a specialized training program aimed at enhancing the drill practices of students of the American Mission Boys’ College in Uduppiddi. The two-day event, held from 21 to 22 February 2024, was organized to strengthen the students' abilities in preparation for the upcoming sports meet.
Under the supervision of Major E.G.J.P. Edirisinghe, Commanding Officer of 11 VIR, the training sessions were structured to optimize the participants' drill techniques. The initiative was carried out under the guidance of the General Officer Commanding, the 52 Infantry Division and the Commander, the 521 Infantry Brigade.
