11 GW Constructs a New House for a Needy Family

Under the guidance of Lieutenant Colonel N.K.H.R Nanayakkara RWP Lsc, Commanding Officer of Gemunu Watch (GW), troops of 11 GW constructed a new house for deserving family in Katkulam, Vavuniya on 16 September 2024 in conjunction with the 75th anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army.

Major General S. Kasturimudali RSP ndc psc, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 56 Infantry Division graced the occasion as the chief guest. Financial support for the construction was generously provided by the International Needs Lanka Institute.

Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and relatives of the beneficiary attended the event.
