11 Division HQ with a view to educating woman soldiers serving in different formations organized a lecture and a clinic to identify the nature of breast cancers among woman soldiers on 27 October at the 11 Division HQ.
A medical specialist from Kandy Teaching Hospital, delivered the lecture at the invitation of the GOC 11 Division.
The sponsorship for the clinic was provided by Line Clothing Private Limited.
General Officer Commanding 11 Division closely supervised the project under the guidelines given by the Commander Security Forces - Central.
