The certificate-awarding ceremony of the Non Commissioned Officers’ Leadership and Career Development Course-48 at Ampara Combat Training School (CTS) took place on 2023 Jan 30 - Feb 21, headed by Brigadier R.P Munipura, Commandant, CTS.
Representing different regiments, 102 Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) followed the one-month long course. Lance Corporal D.H.D Rashmi of the Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps was awarded as the Best Student in the course.
